Our Technology
Our facility is equipped with a high-performance, multi-axis CNC lathe from CMZ Machine Tool Manufacturer SL (Spain). This state-of-the-art hybrid machine integrates precision milling (tool rotation) and turning (workpiece rotation) capabilities. This allows us to perform complex machining in a single setup, ensuring maximum accuracy and reduced lead times.

Materials We Process

We offer expert milling and turning services for a wide range of materials with thicknesses ranging from 1 mm to 250 mm:

Aluminum (Sheets, Bars, Pipes, and Plates).
Alloys: D16/D16T (2024/2024 T4), AMg6 (5083/5086), AD31/AD31T1 (6060/6063), V95/V95T (7075).
Stainless Steel (Sheets, Bars, Pipes, and Plates): High-grade corrosion-resistant alloys.
Ferrous Metals: Structural and carbon steels.
Non-Ferrous Metals: Copper and Brass.

Aluminum Alloys for CNC TURNING AND MILLING

  • D16 / D16T (Equivalent to 2024 / 2024 T4): A high-strength duralumin widely used in the aerospace and aviation industries. It exhibits excellent machinability, especially in the hardened state (D16T). Common applications include structural load-bearing elements and high-stress mechanical components.
  • “Marine Grade” AMg6 (Equivalent to 5083 / 5086): While more ductile than D16, this alloy offers excellent milling performance when optimal cutting parameters are applied. Ideal for shipbuilding, welded structures, and components operating in corrosive environments.
  • AD31 / AD31T1 (Equivalent to 6060 / 6063): A medium-strength architectural and structural alloy. It is the preferred choice for general-purpose parts and complex profiles.
  • V95 / V95T (Equivalent to 7075): The strongest common aluminum alloy, comparable in strength to many steels. It mills well but requires rigid workholding. Grade 7075 is essential for high-load aviation components, professional sports equipment, and precision mold manufacturing.
